She has been doing good. There hasn’t been no recurrence of the mast cell tumor. My question is, I’ve been taking her to a conventional vet. She was on prednisone and once she was off prednisone I wanted to take her to a holistic vet to make sure I can do everything I can to keep her healthy. Well, I went to see the holistic vet and she recommended that my dog should have grains in her food. She recommended me cook for her as well. The dog food that I was giving my dog is Innova Evo dry and canned food. The holistic vet said to stop giving her that and to give her food with grains. Now, I’m more confused than ever. I’m scared to really give her the grain food. This is one thing that I’ve researched about cancer in dogs is to stay away from carbohydrates and grains. This holistic vet that I’m going to is suppose to be really good highly recommended. What do you think?
